Preparation method of synchronous grouting material
The invention provides a preparation method of a synchronous grouting material, which comprises the following steps: drying, grinding and sieving electrolytic manganese residues, adding coke powder, uniformly mixing, calcining at 900 DEG C for 2 hours, cooling and sieving to obtain calcined electrolytic manganese residues; uniformly mixing the obtained calcined electrolytic manganese slag, fly ash, blast furnace slag and an additive to obtain a mixture; the additive is a water reducing agent, a water retaining agent or an accelerator; and adding an alkali-activated solution with the mass fraction of 10% into the obtained mixture to obtain slurry, pouring the slurry into a mold, uniformly vibrating and curing to obtain the synchronous grouting material. The synchronous grouting material prepared by the invention is excellent in performance, has the characteristics of good fluidity, high strength, good durability and the like, and provides a new thought for resource utilization of the electrolytic manganese residues.
本发明提供了一种同步注浆材料制备方法,该方法为:将电解锰渣烘干、研磨、过筛后,加入焦炭粉,混合均匀后,900℃下煅烧2h,冷却后过筛,得到煅烧后的电解锰渣;将得到的煅烧后的电解锰渣、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣和外加剂混合均匀,得到混合料;外加剂为减水剂、保水剂或者速凝剂;向得到的混合料中加入质量分数为10%的碱激发溶液,得到浆体,倒入模具中,振捣均匀后,养护后,得到同步注浆材料。本发明制备的同步注浆材料性能优良,具有流动性好,强度高,耐久性好等特点,同时为电解锰渣的资源化利用提供了一种新的思路。
