The invention relates to a building solid waste reclaimed material asphalt brick and a preparation method thereof, the mixture of the building solid waste reclaimed material asphalt brick is AC-10 type graded asphalt concrete, and the asphalt-aggregate ratio is 6.9-7.4; the mixture of the building solid waste reclaimed material asphalt brick comprises a new aggregate, an old aggregate, asphalt, lignin fibers and mineral powder, wherein the mass ratio of the new aggregate to the old aggregate to the asphalt to the lignin fibers to the mineral powder is (20-50): (50-80): (6.9-7.4): 0.3: (4-6); the new aggregate comprises any one or a combination of more of diabase, andesite, limestone and basalt, and the old aggregate comprises any one or a combination of more of crushed concrete aggregate, crushed tiles, crushed ceramics and crushed glass. On one hand, the building solid waste is adopted to prepare the brick body material, erosion of a traditional brick kiln to land resources is greatly reduced, the material cost is reduced, natural resources are saved, and ecology is protected, and on the other hand, the solid waste reclaimed material asphalt brick is high in strength grade, relatively low in paving technical requirement and convenient to produce.
本发明涉及一种建筑固废再生料沥青砖及其制备方法,建筑固废再生料沥青砖的混合料为AC‑10型级配沥青混凝土,其油石比为6.9‑7.4;建筑固废再生料沥青砖的混合料包括新集料、旧集料、沥青、木质素纤维和矿粉,且新集料、旧集料、沥青、木质素纤维和矿粉的质量比例为(20‑50):(50‑80):(6.9‑7.4):0.3:(4‑6);新集料包括辉绿岩、安山岩、石灰岩、玄武岩中的任意一种或多种组合,旧集料为包括破碎混凝土骨料、破碎砖瓦、破碎陶瓷和破碎玻璃任意一种或多种组合。一方面采用建筑固废制备砖体材料极大降低了传统砖窑对土地资源的侵蚀,不仅降低了材料成本、节省天然资源,保护生态,另一方面固废再生料沥青砖的强度等级较高,铺面技术要求相对较低,生产较方便。
