The invention discloses a preparation method of a reclaimed material bamboo skeleton permeable porous brick, which is realized by the following steps: step 1, preparing reclaimed materials, and crushing waste concrete of buildings, step 2, manufacturing a bamboo skeleton, and taking a plurality of bamboo splits to enclose a mesh; the method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a recycled concrete bottom layer, (2) preparing a mixture, (3) preparing a hole prefabricated part, (4) preparing a pouring material, and (5) forming, namely pouring a recycled concrete bottom layer in a pouring space, sequentially placing a mesh and the hole prefabricated part in the pouring space, fully pouring the mixture in the pouring space, taking out a prefabricated plug-in, and curing, thereby obtaining the recycled material bamboo skeleton water-permeable hole brick. Compared with the prior art, due to the fact that the bamboo meshes replace steel bars, the bamboo fibers move axially, the tensile strength of the bamboo fibers is far higher than that of steel, the compressive strength of the formed water permeable brick can reach 45 MPa, natural sand is replaced by the reclaimed material micro powder, and the using amount of the natural sand and cement can be saved on the premise that the compressive strength of the water permeable brick is not affected.
本发明公开的一种再生料竹骨架透水孔砖的制备方法,通过如下步骤实现:步骤一:再生料备料,将建筑废弃的混凝土进行粉碎,步骤二:竹骨架制作,取若干条竹篾条围成网片;步骤三:孔洞预制件制作,步骤四:浇灌料制作,步骤五:成型,先在浇灌空间内浇灌一再生混凝土底层,再往浇灌空间内依次放置网片和孔洞预制件,之后往浇灌空间内浇灌满拌合物,之后预制插件取出后养护,即得到再生料竹骨架透水孔砖。与现有技术相比,因竹制网片替代了钢筋,而竹纤维是轴向运行的,在抗拉强度上远高于钢材,使成型的透水砖抗压强度可达到45MPa,且使再生料微粉取代了天然砂,使透水砖抗压强度不会受影响的前提下还能够节约天然砂和水泥的用量。
