Heat storage type macropore asphalt mixture, preparation method and low-temperature environment construction method
The invention relates to a road engineering technology, and provides a heat storage type macrovoid asphalt mixture which comprises 100 parts of a macrovoid asphalt mixture, 3-7 parts of steel slag powder and 4-6 parts of a plant-based phase change material. The invention also provides a preparation method of the heat storage type macropore asphalt mixture and a construction method of the heat storage type macropore asphalt mixture in a low-temperature environment. According to the heat storage type macrovoid asphalt mixture, the preparation method and the low-temperature environment construction method, compared with a conventional macrovoid asphalt mixture, the steel slag powder with high specific heat capacity and the plant-based phase change material capable of automatically storing and releasing heat are added, a large amount of heat is stored in the preparation process of the mixture, and the heat is gradually released in the subsequent paving process. Meanwhile, preheating of the heating machine and covering heat preservation of the tarpaulin are combined, the construction temperature of the mixture is remarkably increased, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及道路工程技术,提供了一种储热型大空隙沥青混合料,包括大空隙沥青混合料100份、钢渣粉3‑7份以及植物基相变材料4‑6份。本发明还提供了上述储热型大空隙沥青混合料的制备方法,以及其在低温环境下的施工方法。本发明的储热型大空隙沥青混合料、制备方法及低温环境施工方法,其相比常规大空隙沥青混合料添加了高比热容的钢渣粉,以及自动储热放热的植物基相变材料,在混合料制备过程中储存了大量的热量,在后续摊铺过程中热量逐渐释放。同时结合加热机预热和篷布覆盖保温,显著提高了混合料的施工温度,保障了施工质量。
