The invention belongs to the technical field of railway substation construction, and provides a railway traction substation full-close paste soil pouring device and application thereof.The pouring device comprises a copper rod, a paste soil funnel and a vibrating clamp, the lower end of the paste soil funnel is sleeved with a drill hole, and the copper rod penetrates through the paste soil funnel and extends into the drill hole; and the upper end of the copper rod is connected with a vibrating rod through the vibrating clamp. Before construction, the cable burying condition of the underground part is detected, and a drill rod, a slurry hopper and a vibrating tool are prepared according to the diameter of a grounding copper rod; drilling according to the length of the grounding copper rod, retaining a drill rod in a hole, and adding water along the wall of the drill rod by using a funnel to wet the hole; after the hole is wetted, a grounding copper rod is vertically placed, and then slurry soil is mixed to grout a grounding gap. The problems that a traditional vertical grounding body is low in installation efficiency and poor in quality are solved; and a drilling type vertical grounding body mounting method is optimized, so that the vertical grounding body is closely attached to the soil, and the grounding effect of the vertical grounding body is better exerted.
本发明属于铁路变电所施工技术领域，提供了一种铁路牵引变电所全密贴浆土灌注装置及其应用，灌注装置包括铜棒、浆土漏斗、振捣夹具，所述浆土漏斗下端套入钻孔内，所述铜棒穿过所述浆土漏斗伸入钻孔，所述铜棒上端通过所述振捣夹具连接振捣棒。施工前探明地下部电缆埋设情况，按照接地铜棒直径准备钻杆，准备浆土漏斗、振捣工具；根据接地铜棒长度进行钻孔，钻杆滞留于孔洞中，用漏斗沿钻杆壁加入水进行湿润孔洞；孔洞湿润后，垂直放置接地铜棒，然后调配浆土对接地间隙灌浆。改善了传统垂直接地体安装效率低、质量欠佳的问题；优化钻孔式安装垂直接地体方法，使垂直接地体与土壤密贴，更好的发挥垂直接地体接地效果。
