Rapid construction method for steel structure building
The invention discloses a rapid construction method for a steel structure building, a full-length steel column is adopted as a steel column, an externally-wrapped rigid connection column is formed during site construction, and the construction comprises the following steps: after a bearing platform is poured and before the steel column enters the site, a first brick blank film is built at a specified distance away from the foot edge of the externally-wrapped rigid connection column; mechanical backfilling operation is conducted on the periphery of the first-time brick blank film, and meanwhile a temporary road is laid; a crane enters the yard, and correction is conducted after first-layer and second-layer steel structure beam plates are hoisted; tightening foundation bolts between the lower ends of the steel columns and the bearing platform; a secondary brick moulding bed is built on the foot edge of the externally-wrapped rigid connection column; the area between the two brick blank molds is manually backfilled and tamped; concrete of a first-layer bottom plate, a ground beam and an outer wrapping column foot is poured; and mechanical backfilling operation can be carried out while more than two layers of steel structure beams and slabs are hoisted. And the backfilling operation is inserted in advance, so that the upper beam plate installation and the lower backfilling operation can be carried out simultaneously. And the construction area of the backfilling operation is divided by the two times of masonry of the brick mould, so that the construction period requirement of continuous operation can be met.
本发明公开了一种钢结构建筑快速施工方法,钢柱采用通长钢柱,现场施工时形成外包式刚接柱,施工包括以下步骤:在承台浇筑完成后钢柱进场前,在离外包式刚接柱脚边指定距离砌筑首次砖胎膜;在首次砖胎膜外围进行机械回填作业同时铺设临时道路;吊车进场,吊装首层和二层钢结构梁板后校正;拧紧钢柱下端与承台之间的地脚螺栓;在外包式刚接柱脚边砌筑二次砖胎模;将两次砖胎膜之间的区域人工回填夯实;浇筑首层底板、地梁和外包柱脚混凝土;吊装二层以上钢结构梁板的同时可进行机械回填作业。回填作业提前插入使上方的梁板安装与下方回填作业可同时进行。两次砌筑砖胎膜将回填作业的施工区域进行划分,可满足连续作业的工期要求。
