Fabricated concrete grouting connection stair and construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and particularly discloses a fabricated concrete grouting connection stair and a construction method. The fabricated concrete grouting connection staircase comprises a main staircase plate, an auxiliary staircase plate, a top staircase beam, a bottom staircase beam and a bottom sliding support which are all formed in a one-time pouring mode. The top ladder beam is of a ladder-shaped structure and comprises a first horizontal plane and a second horizontal plane, and the second horizontal plane is provided with a connecting piece connected with the main ladder plate and the auxiliary ladder plate. Preformed holes matched with the connecting pieces are formed in the top ends of the main ladder plate and the auxiliary ladder plate, the connecting pieces penetrate through the preformed holes and are fixed through grouting, the two sides of each preformed hole are connected with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the bottoms of the main ladder plate and the auxiliary ladder plate are connected with the bottom ladder beam through bottom sliding supports; the main ladder plate and the auxiliary ladder plate are detachably connected into a whole, and the joint of the two is coated with a building sealant. A mounting mode of the main stair plates and the auxiliary stair plates is adopted, the single-time hoisting weight of the assembly type stair is reduced, and meanwhile the problems that a traditional segmented stair is not high in integrity, and the joint face cracks are solved through a grouting connection mode.
