The fabricated concrete spiral stair comprises a rest platform, a spiral stair pouring central shaft column structure and a plurality of stair step structures, the spiral stair pouring central shaft column structure comprises a central shaft column steel reinforcement cage, lap joint structures are arranged at the ends of the stair step structures; the stair step structures are in lap joint upwards step by step through respective lap joint structures and staggered in sequence in the horizontal circumferential direction, the stair step structures form a multi-section step structure layer, the rest platform, the central shaft column steel reinforcement cage and the stair step structures are all standardized modular prefabricated parts, and the rest platform and the stair step structures are high-performance concrete structures. The fabricated concrete spiral stair aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, a spiral stair made of reinforced concrete is large in overall mass, and the manufacturing process of a traditional technology is complex in procedure.
