The light-emitting grating wall surface structure comprises a plurality of vertical gratings which are vertically parallel on an original wall, and the vertical gratings are mounted through keel assemblies; the keel assembly comprises a plurality of transverse frameworks which are arranged in parallel at intervals from top to bottom, the transverse frameworks are integrally of a full-length structure and are provided with a group of buckling and clamping hanging pieces which are transversely arranged at intervals, and the number and the vertical positions of the buckling and clamping hanging pieces correspond to those of the vertical grids; the buckling and clamping hanging pieces on different transverse frameworks are in one-to-one up-and-down correspondence, and the outer sides of the inserting block bodies of the buckling and clamping hanging pieces in the same vertical direction are inserted and installed on the vertical grids in a matched mode, so that stable installation of the multiple vertical parallel vertical grids is achieved. According to the installation method, the installation of the grating wall surface can be rapidly completed, the installation of the vertical grating is rapid and convenient, and the uniformity is high.
