The reinforcing method comprises the steps that a roadbed disease area needing to be reinforced is determined; arranging hole positions of a jet grouting pile reinforcing body and a powder spraying pile reinforcing body; construction of a jet grouting pile reinforcing body is conducted, and meanwhile construction is conducted on an anti-seepage curtain; and after 7 days, powder spraying pile reinforcing body construction is carried out.
