The invention relates to a bridge floor runoff flow guiding device which comprises a first shell, a first drainage port and a second drainage port are formed in the first shell from left to right, a vertical pipe is arranged in the first drainage port, and a first drainage pipe and a second drainage pipe are fixed to the lower end of the first drainage port and the lower end of the second drainage port respectively. A vertical plate is arranged on the first shell, a through groove penetrating through the left end face and the right end face is formed in the lower end of the vertical plate, the left end of the water receiving vessel is always arranged in the through groove, and when the vertical plate is located at the lowermost end of the moving path of the vertical plate, the left end of the water receiving vessel can freely swing in the through groove; after the vertical plate moves upwards to the uppermost end, the lower end face of the through groove can enable the water receiving vessel to swing upwards until the second water outlet is blocked; rainwater carrying garbage on the bridge floor is discharged into the sedimentation tank through the second water outlet within a period of time when rainfall begins, and the first water outlet is switched to directly discharge the rainwater after the bridge floor is washed clean by the rainwater.
