A special-shaped groove is formed in the top of the disc. After being extruded, a push plate drives a T-shaped rod to slide forwards in a hollow plate along with rotation of an H shaft, the T-shaped rod drives arc-shaped plates to clamp the surface of a steel pipe column during sliding, and supporting and guiding can be provided in multiple directions by clamping the steel pipe pile through the four arc-shaped plates. Therefore, the stability and accuracy of the steel pipe pile in the falling process can be guaranteed, the pressure caused by water flow impact on the surface of the steel pipe pile can be dispersed, the situation that the steel pipe pile shakes, deviates or inclines due to the impact of water flow on the steel pipe pile is reduced, and positioning errors caused by deviation or inclination are reduced.
