The invention relates to a foaming expansion padlock assembled heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation composite board which comprises a first composite layer board, a second composite layer board and a plastic vertical board, the first composite layer board is further provided with a first nesting groove, and the second composite layer board is further provided with a second nesting groove. The first nesting groove and the second nesting groove are each of a connecting groove structure with a narrow groove opening, a wide groove body, a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, nesting heads with the wide outer sides and the narrow inner sides are further arranged on the plastic vertical plates, and the first composite layer plate and the second composite layer plate are connected with the first nesting groove and the second nesting groove in a nesting mode through the nesting heads to be assembled together. Spacing cavity holes are further formed between the plastic vertical plates, the spacing cavity holes are further filled with foaming materials, and by means of the foaming expansion characteristic of the foaming materials, the first composite layer plate, the second composite layer plate and the plastic vertical plates are tightly assembled into a whole. The whole composite board has the advantages of large thickness, high strength, light weight, good deformation resistance and excellent heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation effects.
