The invention discloses a tensioning device suitable for inhaul cable glass curtain wall construction, and the tensioning device comprises a tensioning mechanism which is used for tensioning a curtain wall inhaul cable; the jacking mechanism is used for providing a tensioning force source; wherein a support assembly is arranged between the jacking mechanism and the tensioning mechanism, and the support assembly comprises a movable support which is connected with the jacking mechanism and the tensioning mechanism through a lever. The jacking mechanism and the tensioning mechanism which are arranged in a lever structure are adopted for tensioning the inhaul cable, and when the tensioning force is adjusted, only the lifting height of the jacking mechanism needs to be adjusted, and accurate tensioning force adjustment can be achieved by means of the force arm proportion of the lever structure.
