The invention discloses a prestress pre-tensioning method anchor plate. The anchor plate comprises a first steel plate, a triangular steel plate, an anchorage device, a clamping piece and a spiral bar. A hole is reserved in the center of the square steel plate, and the triangular steel plate is welded to the square steel plate. The anchorage device is welded on the square steel plate, the clamping piece is placed in the anchorage device, and the spiral bar is installed at the corresponding position of the prestressed bar before concrete is poured. On the basis of bonding force transmission between the pre-tensioning method component prestressed tendon and the concrete, the special end anchoring force transmission mode of the post-tensioning method is added, the bonding failure risk between the pre-tensioning method component prestressed tendon and the concrete in the later period is reduced, and the long-term service performance and durability of the pre-tensioning method component are improved.
