A beam and slab integrated pouring formwork system convenient to disassemble and assemble is constructed in the U-shaped space, and the integrally poured concrete space is divided into the following three areas including the horizontal plate pouring space (25) of the L-shaped hanging plate, the vertical plate pouring space (24) of the L-shaped hanging plate and the top end beam and slab pouring space; the segmented overall pouring process is coordinated and matched with the formwork supporting system, and overall pouring is achieved.
