The invention discloses a construction method of a cast-in-place beam plate cover body. The construction method comprises the steps that bottom frames, frames and telescopic supporting modules are prefabricated; supports are erected, joists are installed on the supports, main beams are laid on the joists, and the elevations of the main beams are adjusted; the bottom frames and the frames are laidon the main beams, and forms are mounted on the bottom frames and in the frames; the elevations are re-measured, the frames as the same sides as the beams are clamped, and the frames opposite to the beams are tensioned to form beam and frame modules; each telescopic supporting module is installed between every two adjacent beam and frame modules, and the elevations are adjusted; the forms are laidon the telescopic supporting modules; and pouring maintenance is carried out. According to the construction method, the bottom frames and the frames have different form numbers and sizes and can be freely combined to adapt to beams of different sizes, and the telescopic supporting modules are adjustable in length and adapts to different beam intervals; the plate load is transmitted to the framesof the beam and frame modules through the telescopic supporting modules, so that battens below plates and other supporting structures are omitted, and the working space is vacated; and the whole structure can be repeatedly used in a circulating mode, the batten consumption is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
