Semi-automatic steel bar wire binding device
The invention provides a semi-automatic reinforcing steel bar wire binding device. The device comprises a spiral ascending cylindrical hand lever, the binding wire hook tip is arranged at the binding wire end of the spiral ascending cylindrical hand lever and is used for hooking a binding wire; and the sliding sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the spiral ascending cylindrical hand lever in a sleeving manner, and the sliding sleeve is in transmission connection with the outer wall of the spiral ascending cylindrical hand lever. Annular shapes at the two ends of the binding wire are hooked through the binding wire hook tips, a reinforcing steel bar worker only needs to lift the sliding sleeve upwards, the binding wire hook tips are driven to rotate upwards through the spiral ascending cylindrical hand lever, and therefore the binding wire is driven to automatically complete twisting and binding fixing work. Compared with a common wire binding hook, operation is simpler, the steel bar lap joint quality and efficiency are greatly improved, steel bar wire binding and twisting can be completed through lifting and lowering, wrist strain of an operator is greatly relieved, and meanwhile production efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种半自动钢筋扎丝装置,该装置包括:螺旋式上升圆柱手杆;扎丝勾尖,设置在所述螺旋式上升圆柱手杆的扎丝端,用于勾住扎丝;滑动套筒,套设在所述螺旋式上升圆柱手杆的外周,并且,所述滑动套筒与所述螺旋式上升圆柱手杆的外壁传动连接。本发明通过扎丝勾尖勾住扎丝两端环形,钢筋工只需要向上提起滑动套筒,通过螺旋式上升圆柱手杆带动扎丝勾尖向上做旋转运动,从而带动扎丝自动完成拧扎固定工作。相对普通扎丝钩操作更简单,大大提高了钢筋搭接质量和效率,操作简单,通过上提下放即可完成钢筋扎丝拧定,大大减轻了操作工人的手腕劳损,同时提高生产效率。
