The invention relates to a solid waste-based gel, a solid waste-based paste, a preparation method and a filling method. Industrial solid waste steel slag, mineral slag and desulfurized gypsum and alkaline excitants sodium hydroxide, water glass and sodium carbonate are adopted; the solid waste-based gel which is similar to cement and can replace cement is prepared by mixing and grinding the raw materials in proportion and exciting hydraulic activity among industrial solid waste steel slag, mineral slag and desulfurized gypsum and tetra-coordination synthesis of silicon by using alkaline excitants sodium hydroxide, water glass and sodium carbonate, the raw materials mainly use industrial wastes, the cost is low, calcination is not needed, and energy is saved. Industrial waste can be recycled, and environmental pollution is reduced; the prepared solid-based waste gel is mixed with crushed coal gangue, pulverized fuel ash and water according to a certain proportion to prepare mine paste, the coal gangue and the pulverized fuel ash are industrial solid wastes, the cost is low, the industrial wastes are recycled, and the pollution of the industrial wastes to the environment is reduced; the mine filling device is simple in operation mode and easy to use.
本发明涉及一种固废基凝胶、膏体及制作方法、填充方法,采用工业固废钢渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏及碱性激发剂氢氧化钠、水玻璃及碳酸钠,按比例混合研磨、利用碱性激发剂氢氧化钠、水玻璃及碳酸钠激发工业固废钢渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏之间的水硬活性,及硅的四配位合成,制得与水泥相似,可以代替水泥的固废基凝胶,原料主要使用工业废弃物,成本低,不须煅烧节约能源,可对工业废弃物再利用,减少环境污染;所制固基废凝胶与经破碎的煤矸石、粉煤灰和水按照一定比例混合制成矿山膏体,煤矸石、粉煤灰也均为工业固废,成本低,对工业废弃物再利用,减少了工业废弃物对环境的污染;后通过管道泵送至矿山充填区进行充填作业,作业方式简单,易于使用。
