The invention relates to a synthesis and preparation method of a doped SiOC microsphere reinforced aerogel composite material. The synthesis and preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing SiOC microspheres and compounding the SiOC microspheres and aerogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking tetraethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane and dimethyldimethoxysilane as precursors and hydrochloric acid and ammonia water as catalysts, carrying out polymerization, and carrying out high-temperature calcination in a muffle furnace to obtain SiOC microspheres; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding methyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, hydrochloric acid, CTAB (Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium Bromide) and urea into an ultrasonically dispersed SiOC microsphere system, stirring to obtain wet gel, and drying by adopting a normal-pressure drying process to obtain the SiOC microsphere doped aerogel composite material. The tetraethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane and other raw materials used in the invention are simple in source and low in price, the compatibility of the SiOC microspheres and the aerogel matrix is good, and the defects generated by compounding the two in the aerogel are effectively avoided. The normal-pressure drying operation is simple, the safety is high, and the obtained aerogel composite material is low in density, good in hydrophobicity and low in heat conductivity coefficient.
本发明涉及一种掺杂SiOC微球增强气凝胶复合材料的合成制备方法,包括:SiOC微球的制备及SiOC微球和气凝胶的复合。以正硅酸乙酯、苯基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷为前驱体,盐酸,氨水为催化剂进行聚合,在马弗炉中高温煅烧,得到SiOC微球;在超声分散的SiOC微球体系中加入甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷,盐酸,CTAB,尿素搅拌,得到湿凝胶,采用常压干燥工艺进行干燥,获得SiOC微球掺杂的气凝胶复合材料。本发明使用的正硅酸乙酯、苯基三甲氧基硅烷等原料来源简单,价格便宜,SiOC微球与气凝胶基质相容性良好,有效避免由于两者复合在气凝胶内部产生的缺陷。常压干燥操作简单,安全性高,并且得到的气凝胶复合材料密度低,疏水性好,导热系数低。
