Preparation method of SiOC aerogel
The invention relates to the technical field of aerogel preparation, in particular to a preparation method of SiOC aerogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially dissolving tetraalkoxysilane and alkyl trialkoxysilane in a mixed solvent of deionized water and ethanol, and adjusting the pH value to 1-4; adding a catalyst (hexamethylenetetramine) and a drying control agent (N, N-dimethylformamide) into the mixed solution, respectively carrying out aging reaction and solvent replacement, and finally carrying out normal-pressure drying to obtain polysiloxane precursor aerogel; the polysiloxane precursor aerogel is placed in a cracking furnace to be subjected to high-temperature treatment, and SiOC aerogel doped with free carbon is obtained; and placing the SiOC aerogel in a muffle furnace, and carrying out high-temperature calcination to remove free carbon. The preparation method of the SiOC aerogel aims at solving the problems that the process for preparing the SiOC aerogel through normal-pressure drying is complex and low in efficiency, and the purposes that the preparation process of the SiOC aerogel is efficient, controllable and low in cost, and industrial production is facilitated are achieved.
本发明涉及气凝胶制备技术领域,具体涉及一种SiOC气凝胶的制备方法。其包括步骤:依次将四烷氧基硅烷和烷基三烷氧基硅烷溶于去离子水和乙醇的混合溶剂,并调节pH值至1~4;在上述混合溶液中加入催化剂(六次甲基四胺)及干燥控制剂(N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺),再分别进行老化反应、溶剂置换,最后通过常压干燥得到聚硅氧烷先驱体气凝胶;将聚硅氧烷先驱体气凝胶置于裂解炉高温处理,获得掺杂自由碳的SiOC气凝胶;将SiOC气凝胶置于马弗炉中,进行高温煅烧以去除自由碳。该SiOC气凝胶的制备方法的目的是解决常压干燥制备SiOC气凝胶过程复杂、效率低的问题,实现SiOC气凝胶制备过程的高效可控、低成本、以及有利于工业化生产的目的。
