Accurate positioning and grouting method based on asphalt pavement base disease treatment
The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, in particular to an accurate positioning and grouting method based on asphalt pavement base disease treatment, which comprises the following operation steps: S01, detecting a pavement to obtain a pavement general situation image; s02, setting a measuring line for the pavement base crack; s03, a radar data acquisition system is adopted for detection along the measuring line, and a road surface structure radar image is obtained; s04, formulating a disease treatment scheme according to the pavement structure radar image obtained in the step S03, setting grouting hole positions, and drilling by using a drilling machine to obtain grouting holes; and S05, grouting repair is conducted, specifically, a radar data acquisition system is adopted for repeated detection along the measuring line till grouting is completed. According to the method, fine detection is carried out on the cracks by arranging the appropriate measuring lines, the distribution reasonability of the grouting holes is guaranteed, and the grouting effect is improved. And meanwhile, by means of the design of'deep holes and shallow holes', the grout can better treat base layer diseases, the flowing uniformity of the grouting liquid is improved, and the grouting plumpness is improved.
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于沥青路面基层病害处治的精准定位及注浆方法,包括如下操作步骤:S01:对路面进行检测,得到路面概况图像;S02:针对路面基层裂缝设置测线;S03:采用雷达数据采集系统沿测线进行检测,得到路面结构雷达图像;S04:根据步骤S03得到的路面结构雷达图像制定病害处置方案,设置注浆孔位,并使用钻机钻孔得到注浆孔;S05:注浆修复,采用雷达数据采集系统沿测线重复检测,直至注浆完成。本发明通过设置合适的测线对裂缝进行精细化检测,保证注浆孔的分布合理性,提高注浆效果。同时利用“深孔+浅孔”的设计,使得浆液能够更好的对基层病害进行处治,提高注浆液的流动均匀性,提高注浆饱满度。
