Non-excavation grouting repair construction method for asphalt pavement
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement trenchless grouting repair construction method, which relates to the technical field of pavement grouting repair, and comprises the following steps: preparing an organic grouting material and a hole sealing asphalt material for later use; detecting pavement crack parameters in the pavement crack direction through radar equipment; marking a punching hole position along the crack direction of the pavement; punching is conducted corresponding to the punching hole positions, and grouting holes are formed; the grouting holes are cleaned; sealing rings are embedded in the grouting holes in an embedded mode; an organic grouting material is injected into the grouting holes, so that the organic grouting material fills the pavement cracks around the grouting holes through the grouting holes in a pressure permeation mode; after grouting is completed, the grouting holes are filled with hole sealing asphalt, and the hole sealing asphalt is compacted; and the top surface of the pavement crack is polished. Pavement crack punching and grouting repairing is achieved in a non-excavation mode, repairing is rapid, the pavement is minimally invasive, the method is more environmentally friendly, economical and durable, and traffic can be opened immediately after construction is finished.
