The invention mainly relates to the field of bridge high pier construction, in particular to a bearing wedge structure for a pier column creeping formwork and a bearing hole blocking method. The structure comprises a load-bearing wedge and a load-bearing hole, the load-bearing wedge comprises a wedge rod, and one end of the wedge rod is tightly inserted into the load-bearing hole; the bearing hole is formed in the side face of the pier column, the bearing hole is inclined downwards from outside to inside, and the included angle between the bearing hole and the horizontal plane ranges from 10 degrees to 15 degrees. The wedge rod is an inclined rectangular rod, and the angle of the wedge rod is the same as that of the bearing hole; and the shape of the bearing hole corresponds to the inserted part of the wedge rod. The prefabricated block and the high pier column are poured at the same time, after time change, the prefabricated block and the high pier column have the same color performance, color difference is reduced, and the appearance quality of the bridge high pier column is improved; the prefabricated blocks are numbered so as to distinguish the prefabricated blocks corresponding to the high pier columns at different time and different heights, and the load-bearing holes can be conveniently matched with the prefabricated blocks; and compared with cast-in-place concrete, the curing time is saved, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
本发明主要涉及桥梁高墩施工领域,具体的说是一种墩柱爬模用承重楔结构及承重孔封堵方法。本结构包括承重楔和承重孔,所述承重楔包括楔杆,所述楔杆一端插紧安装于所述承重孔内;所述承重孔开设于墩柱的侧面,所述承重孔由外向内呈斜下方向,并与水平面呈10‑15度;所述楔杆为倾斜的矩形杆,其角度与所述承重孔相同;所述承重孔形状与所述楔杆插入部分相对应。预制块与高墩柱同时浇筑,经时间变化后,预制块与高墩柱颜色性能相同,减少色差,提高桥梁高墩柱外观质量;对预制块进行编号,以区分不同时间不同高度的高墩柱所对应的预制块,便于承重孔与预制块进行匹配;与现浇混凝土相比,省去养护时间,极大缩短了施工工期。
