The invention discloses a double-L-shaped pushing replacement method for a double-hole frame bridge for widening an expressway and passing through a railway under the expressway. The method comprises the following steps: prefabricating a left reinforced concrete frame and a right reinforced concrete frame on mining working surfaces on two sides of an expressway road; the existing railway line is suspended, the right road is closed, and the left road is kept unobstructed; the right reinforced concrete frame is pushed to the right position of the expressway from the prefabricated position in the railway direction; the right reinforced concrete frame of the in-situ existing structure is cut and broken by a rope saw, and the right prefabricated reinforced concrete frame is jacked to the designed position below the railway from the direction of the highway to be in place; the traffic is guided and changed to the right part to keep the traffic and the left part to be closed; and the left reinforced concrete frame is in place, and the middle partition wall between the two reinforced concrete frames is filled and constructed. The frame bridge is divided into two parts, replacement without traffic interruption is achieved, the frame bridge is prefabricated on the outer side of the expressway, the construction time is saved, and the operation loss of traffic going up and down is reduced.
