The overall assembly type prefabricated concrete low-frequency floating floor slab comprises a prefabricated concrete unit plate, vibration isolation systems, embedded connecting pieces, grouting materials and a reinforcing mesh, four round holes are formed in the prefabricated concrete unit plate, and the vibration isolation systems are arranged in the round holes; reinforcing meshes are embedded in the upper sides and the lower sides of the prefabricated concrete unit plates, every two adjacent prefabricated concrete unit plates are connected through an embedded connecting piece, and grouting materials are poured into the connecting positions of every two adjacent prefabricated concrete unit plates. The low-frequency spring stiffness elements with the natural vibration frequency not larger than. Hz are adopted for vibration isolation, factory prefabricated modular concrete standard unit plates are adopted for on-site overall assembly, the construction difficulty is effectively reduced, high-performance vibration reduction is achieved, meanwhile, on-site wet operation and installation work amount are greatly reduced, the structure is reasonable, construction is easy, and the construction period is shortened.
