METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRECAST CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB AND PRECAST CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem, that is, to provide a precast concrete floor slab and a method for producing the same such that an upper side of the precast concrete floor slab is more dense than a lower side thereof without forming a construction joint (that is, a water path) between the precast concrete floor slab and a guard channel or the like.SOLUTION: A method for producing a precast concrete floor slab of the present invention, includes: a formwork assembling step; a concrete placing step; and a concrete curing step. In the formwork assembling step, a formwork is assembled such that up and down orientations are reversed, and in the concrete placing step, a concrete is placed in the formwork which is in a state where up and down orientations thereof are reversed. In the concrete curing step, the concrete is cured while maintaining the state where up and down orientations are reversed so as to allow the concrete to harden. In the concrete placing step, the concrete is placed such that a floor slab and a guard channel (or a wall parapet) are unified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来の問題を解決することであり、すなわち、プレキャストコンクリート床版と地覆等の間に打継ぎ（つまり、水みち）を形成することなく、しかもプレキャストコンクリート床版のうち下方よりも上方が密となるプレキャストコンクリート床版と、その製作方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明のプレキャストコンクリート床版の製作方法は、型枠組立工程と、コンクリート打設工程、コンクリート養生工程を備えた方法である。型枠組立工程では、上下反転姿勢となるように型枠を組み立てられ、コンクリート打設工程では、上下反転姿勢の状態の型枠内にコンクリートが打ち込まれる。そしてコンクリート養生工程では、上下反転姿勢のままコンクリートが養生されて硬化するのを待つ。なおコンクリート打設工程では、床版と地覆（又は壁高欄）が一体としてコンクリートが打ち込まれる。【選択図】図１
