Fabricated laminated slab
The invention discloses an assembly type laminated slab. The assembly type laminated slab comprises a prefabricated slab, a plurality of steel bar trusses, a plurality of connecting parts arranged on the prefabricated slab and a cast-in-place concrete layer formed on one side of the prefabricated slab. Wherein the steel bar trusses are arranged on the surface, facing the cast-in-place concrete layer, of the prefabricated slab, and the multiple steel bar trusses are buried in the cast-in-place concrete layer; the connecting part is connected with the steel bar truss, and the connecting part is used for fixing the steel bar truss on a prefabricated slab; and a plurality of steel bar trusses are embedded in the cast-in-place concrete layer. Compared with a traditional laminated slab with embedded steel bar trusses, the fabricated laminated slab has the advantages that the multiple steel bar trusses are uniformly fixed to the surface of the prefabricated slab through the multiple connecting parts, the thickness of the concrete prefabricated slab can be greatly reduced, and then the overall weight of the prefabricated slab is remarkably reduced; the prefabricated slab is more convenient to transport, hoist and construct, rapid installation can be achieved, and safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种装配式叠合板,所述装配式叠合板包括预制板、多个钢筋桁架、设置于所述预制板上的多个连接部件和形成于所述预制板一侧的现浇混凝土层。其中,所述钢筋桁架设置于所述预制板的朝向现浇混凝土层的表面上,多个钢筋桁架埋设于所述现浇混凝土层中;所述连接部件与所述钢筋桁架连接,连接部件用于将钢筋桁架固定在预制板上;多个钢筋桁架埋设于所述现浇混凝土层中。本发明的装配式叠合板,区别于传统的预埋钢筋桁架的叠合板,本发明通过多个连接部件,统一将多个钢筋桁架固定在预制板的表面上,可以极大降低混凝土预制板的厚度,进而显著的降低预制板的整体重量,使预制板的运输、吊装、施工更方便,可实现快捷安装且安全有保证。
