The invention provides an electric and manual switchable double-rocker-arm derrick rotation supporting mechanism which is provided with a rotation hinged connection box body, a hinged connection seat, a tooth transmission assembly, a supporting stay wire seat assembly, a leading-out pulley assembly and a hinged connection seat body hinged rocker arm. A tail rope hanging point is arranged at the end of the rocker arm; the tail rope hanging point is used for manual rotation of the rotation supporting mechanism. The gear transmission assembly comprises a driving gear, a transition gear and a slewing bearing gear ring which are meshed in sequence; a power output shaft of the gear motor drives the driving gear to rotate; and the slewing bearing gear ring is fixedly connected with the slewing hinge connecting box body, and is rotationally supported and mounted at the center of the upper end surface of the supporting stay wire seat assembly through a second bearing. The novel gear transmission assembly is adopted, when the gear motor breaks down, the gear motor can be detached, the tail rope hanging point arranged at the end of the rocker arm is used for hanging the tail rope, the tail rope is dragged on the ground to conduct manual derrick rotation, and the phenomenon that the construction period is delayed due to the fact that the rocker arm derrick cannot conduct normal construction due to various reasons is avoided.
