The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a nitrogen-containing compound and a boron-oxygen-containing compound in a solution mainly comprising water within a certain temperature range, and carrying out a chemical reaction to form a clear and transparent uniform liquid phase system, so as to form a clear and transparent solution A; blowing the clear and transparent solution A into conventional spray drying granulation equipment taking air as air-drying hot air flow, and carrying out rapid desolventizing granulation to obtain a spherical precursor powder product B with spherical morphology; and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment on the spherical precursor powder product B in an environment with an ammonia gas atmosphere or an inert atmosphere to obtain a spherical boron nitride product C. The product C belongs to hexagonal boron nitride and has high-crystallization spherical morphology, wide spherical particle size distribution range, high purity and good crystallinity; meanwhile, the preparation method has the potential advantages of considerable economic benefit, simple equipment, flexible and controllable process, safe and reliable production environment and large-scale production.
本发明为一种氮化硼球形颗粒的制备方法及氮化硼球形颗粒,将含氮化合物和含硼氧化合物在一定温度范围内溶解于以水为主的溶液中,进行化学反应后形成澄清透明的均匀液相体系,形成澄清透明溶液A;将澄清透明溶液A鼓入到以空气为风干热气流的常规喷雾干燥造粒设备中进行快速脱溶剂造粒,得到具有球形形貌的球形前驱体粉体产品B;将球形前驱体粉体产品B在带有氨气气氛或者惰性气氛的环境中进行高温热处理,得到球形氮化硼产品C。产品C属于六方氮化硼,具有高结晶球形形貌、球形粒径分布范围广、纯度高和结晶度好;同时,该制备方法具有经济效益可观、设备简单、过程灵活可控、生产环境安全可靠以及可规模化生产的潜在优势。
