The problems that in the prior art, spherical aluminum nitride powder is seriously hydrated, so that the thermal conductivity of spherical aluminum nitride becomes poor, the sphericity degree of a spherical core is reduced, finally, the thermal conductivity of core-shell structure composite particles is reduced, and a composite material containing an organic coating layer can only be used for a specific filling system are solved. The method is mainly applied to production of the boron nitride-spherical aluminum nitride composite material.
