The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-durability anti-erosion concrete for transformer substation foundation construction and a construction method of the high-durability anti-erosion concrete. A mixture of the high-durability anti-erosion concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1040 to 1080 parts of coarse aggregate, 780 to 800 parts of fine aggregate, 280 to 300 parts of Portland cement, 60 to 80 parts of mineral admixture, 30 to 50 parts of modified basalt fiber, 3.4 to 3.8 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 122 to 126 parts of water, wherein the modified basalt fiber is basalt fiber of which the surface is grafted with an acrylic polymer. Compared with common concrete, the high-durability anti-erosion concrete provided by the invention can achieve a better protection effect on permeation of chloride ions in the presence of stray current, and is beneficial to long-term service of a transformer substation foundation.
