The existing cellulose resource can be fully and effectively utilized, and the environmental pollution caused by improper treatment can be reduced; more importantly, the prepared composite water reducing agent is subjected to etherification reaction with hydroxyl on a cellulose molecular chain through an etherifying agent, a propyl sulfonic acid group is introduced, and a crystalline region of cellulose is destroyed, so that the water solubility of a product is improved, a good water reducing effect on cement paste is achieved, and the purposes of reducing the cost and optimizing the performance can be achieved.
