The invention discloses a drying method of gel casting fused quartz ceramic. The problems of warping, deformation, cracking and the like of the gel casting fused quartz ceramic under the condition of a traditional drying process are easily caused due to non-uniform shrinkage in the drying process, shrinkage and cracking are caused by capillary force, and in order to solve the problems, the invention provides a new drying process: a drying process for increasing liquid flow from the inside to the surface is provided; thus, the pressure distribution is flattened and differential strain is reduced. The method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing a cosolvent high-concentration polyethylene glycol solution, then pouring the solution into slurry which is not subjected to vacuum defoaming, performing vacuum defoaming and gelation on the slurry to form a ceramic wet blank, and finally putting the ceramic wet blank into a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box for drying. The method is low in cost, high in production efficiency, free of defects after drying and suitable for industrial production.
本发明公开了一种凝胶注模成型熔融石英陶瓷的干燥方法。凝胶注模成型熔融石英陶瓷在传统干燥工艺条件下易出现翘曲、变形、开裂等问题,这是由于干燥过程中不均匀收缩导致,由于收缩和开裂是由毛细力引起的,针对此问题,本发明提出新的干燥工艺:增加从内部到表面的液体流量的干燥工艺,从而使压力分布变平并减少差异应变。该方法首先配制助溶剂高浓度聚乙二醇溶液,然后将溶液倒入未真空除泡的浆料中,浆料经真空除泡、凝胶形成陶瓷湿坯,最后将陶瓷湿坯放入恒温恒湿箱中干燥。本方法成本低,生产效率高,干燥后坯体无缺陷,适合工业化生产。
