The invention discloses a preparation method of a dynamic gel casting fused quartz ceramic biscuit, which comprises the following steps: adding fused quartz ceramic block materials, a pH regulator, a dispersing agent and quartz balls into a ball mill for ball milling to prepare quartz ceramic raw slurry; stirring and aging the quartz ceramic raw slurry; adding the aged fused quartz raw slurry into the ball mill again, adding a monomer, a cross-linking agent and fused quartz ceramic powder, and carrying out ball milling and mixing to obtain mixed slurry; and finally, adding a catalyst into the obtained mixed slurry, carrying out vacuum defoaming, adding an initiator, carrying out normal-temperature curing molding under a mechanical vibration condition, demolding, and drying to obtain a fused quartz ceramic green body. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the quartz powder is uniformly dispersed by adopting an aging process, and then the ceramic particles in the slurry are re-displaced and re-arranged under the action of a physical field by adopting a dynamic gel casting molding process, so that a uniform and compact structure is formed, and the strength of a green body and ceramic is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种动态凝胶注模成型熔融石英陶瓷素坯的制备方法,步骤为:将熔融石英陶瓷块料、pH调节剂、分散剂、石英球加入球磨机进行球磨,制备石英陶瓷原浆;对石英陶瓷原浆进行搅拌陈化;再将陈化好的熔融石英原浆再次加入到球磨机中,加入单体、交联剂以及熔融石英陶瓷粉进行球磨混合,得到混合浆料;最后,在得到的混合浆料中加入催化剂,经真空除泡,加入引发剂,在机械震动条件下常温固化成型,脱模后干燥得到熔融石英陶瓷生坯。本发明先采用陈化工艺使石英粉体均匀分散,再采用动态凝胶注凝成型工艺使浆料中的陶瓷颗粒在物理场的作用下重新位移重排,形成均匀致密的结构,明显提高坯体及陶瓷的强度。
