According to the viaduct bent cap longitudinal fragmentation narrow slit connecting structure, ultra-high performance concrete is adopted for pouring a narrow slit in the lower portion formed after the first bent cap prefabricated part and the second bent cap prefabricated part are spliced. Due to the fact that the strength of the ultra-high performance concrete is far higher than that of common concrete, the width of the cast-in-place part for connecting the two prefabricated parts can be obviously reduced, a reinforcement cage does not need to be arranged any more, the situation that the reinforcement cage is arranged on the lower section of the cast-in-place part inconvenient to construct is avoided, and construction convenience is improved. On the basis, in consideration that the manufacturing cost of the ultra-high performance concrete is far higher than that of common concrete, a wide seam with the width of 400-600 mm can still be formed in the upper section, where construction is convenient, of the cast-in-place part, the first reinforcement cage is arranged in the wide seam, and the common concrete is adopted for pouring. Therefore, economy and construction feasibility can be considered at the same time.
本发明的一种高架桥盖梁纵向分片窄缝连接结构,采用超高性能混凝土对盖梁预制构件一、盖梁预制构件二拼接后形成的下部的窄缝进行浇筑。由于超高性能混凝土的强度远超过普通混凝土,因此,连接两个预制构件的现浇部分的宽度可以显著降低,不再需要配置钢筋笼,从而避免了在施工不方便的现浇部分的下段设置钢筋笼,提高了施工的便利性。在此基础上,考虑到超高性能混凝土的造价远高于普通混凝土,可在现浇部分施工较为方便的上段,依然设置宽度400mm‑600mm的宽缝,在其中配置第一钢筋笼,并采用普通混凝土进行浇筑。这样,可以同时兼顾经济性和施工可行性。
