Bridge substructure and rapid construction method thereof
The invention provides a bridge substructure and a rapid construction method thereof, which are mainly based on wide piers such as wall piers and adopt a prefabricated pier structure, a prefabricated cover beam structure and a bearing platform structure. The bridge pier structure comprises two or more prefabricated segment bridge piers, the cover beam structure comprises a whole-segment cover beam or a plurality of prefabricated segment cover beams, and the prefabricated segment bridge piers or the prefabricated segment cover beams are mutually connected in parallel in a fastened mode through transverse prestressed steel beams and shear tenons to form the whole bridge pier structure or cover beam structure. The prefabricated pier structure, the prefabricated cover beam structure and the bearing platform structure are connected through the vertical prestressed steel beams and the grouting sleeves to form a bridge lower structure. The sizes of the prefabricated parts are divided according to the transportation conditions of the prefabricated parts and the hoisting weight during installation, then factory, assembly and rapidness of bridge construction are achieved through the segment horizontal parallel prefabricated pier splicing structure scheme, and the influence of bridge construction on the surrounding environment is reduced.
本发明提供一种桥梁下部结构及其快速施工方法,主要基于墙式墩等宽幅桥墩,采用预制桥墩结构、预制盖梁结构以及承台结构。桥墩结构包括两个或两个以上的预制节段桥墩,盖梁结构包括一个整段盖梁或多个预制节段盖梁,各预制节段桥墩或各预制节段盖梁通过横向预应力钢束以及剪力榫相互并列紧固连接构造成整体的桥墩结构或盖梁结构。预制桥墩结构、预制盖梁结构以及承台结构通过竖向预应力钢束以及灌浆套筒连接形成桥梁下部结构。根据预制构件的运输条件和安装时的起吊重量来划分预制构件的尺寸大小,进而通过节段水平向并联预制桥墩拼装结构方案实现了桥梁施工的工厂化、装配化和快速化,降低了桥梁施工对周边环境的影响。
