Temporary supporting structure for replacing bridge support
The temporary supporting structure comprises jacking devices and transverse limiting devices, the jacking devices and the transverse limiting devices are symmetrically arranged between a pier and a main beam, and each jacking device is provided with a plurality of synchronous jacking hydraulic jacks distributed in a matrix mode. Each synchronous jacking hydraulic jack is connected to a PLC multi-point synchronous lifting control system through a hydraulic pipe, a supporting cushion block is arranged between each synchronous jacking hydraulic jack and a bridge pier, and the upper portions of the synchronous jacking hydraulic jacks distributed in the same row in the longitudinal bridge direction are jointly connected with a transverse limiting device. Each transverse limiting device comprises a first base plate, a stainless steel plate, a polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate and a second base plate which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, and limiting strips protruding downwards are arranged on the two sides of the first base plate in the transverse bridge direction. The method is suitable for being applied to the situation that the supporting bridge needs to be jacked for a long time to replace the support, the traffic control cost is low, operability is high, and the technology is safe and reliable.
