The invention relates to a construction method for replacing a bridge support in a limited space. The construction method mainly comprises the following construction steps of mounting a conical clamping piece, mounting a conical hoop, mounting an annular protective hanging basket, mounting a jack, jacking a main beam, replacing the support and dismounting a bracket structure. The two conical clamping pieces are hung on the pier column through the annular top plate at the top, the two conical hoops are connected into a circular ring through the bolts to be arranged on the conical clamping pieces in a sleeving mode, the clamping force of the conical clamping pieces on the pier column is larger along with increase of loads, the situation that the pier column slides downwards due to insufficient bearing force in the construction process is eradicated, reliability is high, and construction efficiency is high. The problem of replacing the bridge support under the condition that the space is limited is solved. The annular protective hanging basket is hung on the high-strength bolts of the conical hoops through the hooks, and a stable and reliable operation platform is provided for operators.
本发明涉及的受限空间下桥梁支座更换施工方法,主要施工步骤如下:锥形夹片安装、锥形抱箍安装、环形防护挂篮安装、千斤顶安装、主梁顶升、支座更换、支托结构拆除。两块锥形夹片通过顶部的环形顶板挂在墩柱上,两块锥形抱箍通过螺栓联结成一个圆环套在锥形夹片上,随着荷载的增大,锥形夹片对墩柱的夹持力越大,杜绝了施工过程中由于承载力不足向下滑移的情况,可靠性高,解决了空间受限情况下桥梁支座的更换难题。环形防护挂篮通过挂钩挂在锥形抱箍的高强螺栓上,为作业人员提供稳定可靠的作业平台。
