The side slope membrane surface concrete formwork support comprises a concrete pouring formwork and stand column steel which are sequentially arranged along the transverse center line of a side slope membrane surface, a fixing section is arranged at one end of the side slope membrane surface, and a supporting section opposite to the fixing section in direction is arranged at the other end of the side slope membrane surface. The stand column steel is provided with a fixing frame connected with the fixing section, the supporting section is connected with a first embedded part for supporting the end of the stand column steel, the stand column steel is sequentially provided with supporting steel and inclined supporting steel along the vertical center line of the stand column steel, the supporting steel and the inclined supporting steel are connected with the supporting section, and horizontal reinforcing angle steel is evenly distributed on the stand column steel. Supporting of the high slope concrete pouring formwork can be achieved without damaging an anti-seepage face or a membrane face, horizontal pressure of scaffold supporting and tension generated during concrete pouring are borne, and meanwhile the anti-seepage effect is achieved.
