The invention belongs to the technical field of underground drainage construction, and particularly relates to a tube well dewatering construction method, which comprises the following steps of: paving an operation platform by adopting earthwork, and compacting and leveling by using an excavator; the center of a well site is determined, a circle is made with the diameter of 1100 mm of the center of the well site as the diameter, a well opening is downwards formed, and a pile casing is placed at the well opening; a lime line mark is sprayed at the preset position of the drilling machine, the drilling machine is driven to the lime line mark position, and the perpendicularity of a drill rod and a mast of the drilling machine is adjusted and locked; drilling operation is conducted through the drilling machine; checking a final hole and cleaning the bottom of the hole; preparing a well pipe by using a metal coil pipe; placing a well casing; sand and gravel materials are filled between the well casing and the soil wall, and the position 1.50 m close to the well mouth is sealed with clay; and water pumping is started after well completion construction is finished. The well casing preparation time can be shortened, construction is convenient, and the drainage efficiency is improved.
