Construction method for vacuum tube well dewatering system
A construction method for a vacuum tube well dewatering system includes the steps: drilling a well; placing a steel supporting frame at a wellhead position, and using a steel rope to gradually lower well tubes; after the well tubes are put at the bottom of the well, withdrawing the steel rope; straightening the well tubes, and filling with filler materials; using an air compressor to flush the well; mounting a wellhead sealing structure; building a round well chamber around the wellhead sealing structure, and enabling elevation of the well chamber to be flush with the ground; peripherally sealing a cast iron well lid with asphalt and compacting; mounting a water pump, a vacuum pump and a water tank; during construction in winter, adding an anti-freeing agent into the water tank. The construction method has the advantages that high wellhead airtightness is achieved; a water level observation hole of a flange is connected with a ball valve to make it convenient for water level observation; a vacuum pump water tank is arranged above a vacuum pump by the aid of an angle iron supporting frame, so that site space is effectively used; effectiveness is realized by taking low-cost sodium nitrite solution as the anti-freezing agent.
