The invention discloses a reinforcing configuration system and method for the end of a pipe jacking receiving well close to an existing subway tunnel. A model comprises a pipe jacking pipeline; the MJS construction method pile is used for reinforcing a pipe jacking starting well and a pipe jacking receiving well and is arranged on one section of the pipe jacking pipeline; the receiving well is formed in one side of the MJS construction method pile; the cast-in-situ bored pile is arranged on the surface of the receiving well; the jet grouting pile is arranged on the surface of the cast-in-situ bored pile; the method comprises the steps that a site is arranged, road surface obstacles are cleared away, a slurry discharging groove is excavated, equipment is installed, a pile machine is in place, measurement and paying-off are conducted, centering construction is conducted through an MJS pile machine, a drill rod is lowered into a guide hole to the designed depth, and a drill bit reaches the preset depth. When the drill bit reaches the preset construction depth, construction is started, the drill rod is detached, and then the drill rod is washed and maintained, the system and method can well control underground pressure, the diffusion range of cement paste in the stratum can be effectively controlled, and underground water is prevented from being polluted.
