The invention discloses a construction method of a rectangular pipe jacking tunnel. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a pipe jacking machine guides elevation jacking from a starting well according to a design axis; s2, after the pipe jacking machine jacks for a certain distance, the elevation of a receiving well portal is measured, if it is found that the pipe jacking machine descends and deviates from the design axis, a machine head deviation correction measure is taken, and meanwhile the pipe jacking machine continues to jack; s3, after the pipe jacking machine jacks for a certain distance, the elevation of the receiving well portal is measured again, if it is found that the descending posture of the pipe jacking machine cannot be reversed through the machine head deviation rectifying measure, the bearing capacity of the corresponding soil layer is improved through a double-liquid grouting method, so that enough counter-acting force is provided for the deviation rectifying measure, then the machine head deviation rectifying measure continues to be adopted, meanwhile, the pipe jacking machine continues to jack, and the lifting posture of the pipe jacking machine cannot be reversed. The jacking axis of the pipe jacking machine basically coincides with the designed axis; and S4, the pipe jacking machine continues jacking according to the designed axis guidance elevation until the pipe jacking machine successfully enters the receiving well. The construction method of the rectangular pipe-jacking tunnel can be suitable for construction scenes encountering soft soil layers.
本发明公开了一种矩形顶管隧道的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、顶管机从始发井按照设计轴线指导标高顶进;S2、顶管机顶进一段距离后,测量接收井洞门标高,若发现顶管机下行并偏离设计轴线,采取机头纠偏措施,同时顶管机继续顶进;S3、顶管机顶进一段距离后,复测接收井洞门标高,若发现机头纠偏措施未能扭转顶管机的下行姿态,采用双液注浆的方法提高对应土层的承载力,从而为纠偏措施提供足够的反作用力,随后继续采取机头纠偏措施,同时顶管机继续顶进,直至顶管机的顶进轴线基本与设计轴线重合;S4、顶管机按照设计轴线指导标高继续顶进,直至顶管机成功进入接收井。上述的矩形顶管隧道的施工方法,能够适用于遇到软弱土层的施工场景。
