The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering construction, and discloses a basement wall connecting joint which comprises an underground diaphragm wall, a structural lining wall and a connecting assembly, and the underground diaphragm wall and the structural lining wall are arranged in an attached mode in the horizontal direction; the connecting assembly comprises anchor bars, fixing pieces, connecting pieces and reinforcing steel bars. The anchor bars and the fixing pieces are arranged in the underground diaphragm wall, the fixing pieces are connected to the anchor bars, the connecting pieces are connected with the fixing pieces, the first ends of the steel bars are arranged in a structural lining wall, and the second ends of the steel bars are horizontally opposite to and connected with the second ends of the connecting pieces. According to the method, the fixing pieces and the anchor bars are connected in advance, so that the overall positioning of the anchor bars is controllable, field installation is simple, a large number of traditional field steel bar planting is avoided, construction is flexible, the quality is controllable, and the situation that deviation is large in the later period is prevented; and the cooperative bending resistance and shear resistance of the underground diaphragm wall and the structural lining wall are coordinated.
