Underwater pile embracing detection device and method for offshore wind turbine single-pile foundation
The invention provides an underwater pile embracing detection device and method for an offshore wind turbine single pile foundation, an inner guide rail is provided with an inner gear, the periphery of the inner guide rail is sleeved with an outer gear meshed with the inner gear, and a plurality of telescopic inner mechanical arms are fixed to the upper surface of the inner guide rail at intervals; a wheel body used for making contact with a single pile foundation is fixed to the tail end of each inner mechanical arm. A plurality of telescopic outer mechanical arms are fixed on the upper surface of the outer gear, and the high-pressure water gun and the detection element are fixedly connected with the outer gear through the independent outer mechanical arms respectively; the overwater information terminal communicates with a motor of the inner gear, a controller of the high-pressure water gun, a motor of the inner mechanical arm, a motor of the outer mechanical arm and the detection element and is used for controlling the underwater pile embracing detection mechanism to walk up and down along the single pile foundation, flushing the single pile foundation and detecting the single pile foundation. The detection path can be represented by the sinking distance and the rotation angle, and accurate and efficient unmanned underwater single pile foundation detection is achieved.
