According to the plastering actuator with the mortar removing structure, the purpose that at least mortar and sand left on the outer surface of the forming tail end of a plastering plate can be scraped off is achieved through the scraping effect achieved when the mortar scraping wall on the mortar scraping piece operates on the forming tail end, and therefore the influence on the surface flatness of a mortar layer is reduced.
