Leveling device and building robot
The invention discloses a leveling device and a building robot. The leveling device comprises a support assembly, a vibration plate assembly, a plurality of scraper devices and a driving device. Wherein the support assembly is provided with a front end and a rear end which are oppositely arranged in the advancing direction of the building robot, and the vibration plate assembly is arranged at the rear end of the support assembly and used for compacting the ground; the multiple scraper devices are rotationally installed at the front end of the support assembly, each scraper device comprises a transmission shaft and multiple scrapers, the scrapers are arranged in the circumferential direction of the transmission shaft at intervals, and the extending direction of the transmission shafts is parallel to the advancing direction of the building robot; the driving device is installed on the support assembly and is in transmission connection with the multiple scraper devices so as to drive the multiple scraper devices to rotate relative to the support assembly. By means of the arrangement, concrete slurry on the ground can be prevented from being accumulated at the front end of the building robot when the building robot conducts leveling operation on the ground, and it is guaranteed that the building robot advances without obstacles.
本发明公开了一种整平装置以及建筑机器人,该整平装置包括支架组件、振动板组件、多个刮片装置以及驱动装置;其中,支架组件具有在建筑机器人的行进方向上相对设置的前端和后端,振动板组件设于支架组件的后端并用于压实地面;多个刮片装置均转动安装于支架组件的前端,各所述刮片装置均包括传动轴和多个刮板,各刮板沿传动轴的周向呈间隔的布置,各所述传动轴的延伸方向与建筑机器人的行进方向相互平行设置;驱动装置安装于支架组件上,驱动装置与多个刮片装置传动连接,以驱动多个刮片装置相对支架组件转动。如此设置,可防止建筑机器人在对地面进行整平作业时地面上的混泥土浆料堆积在建筑机器人的前端,保证建筑机器人行进无障碍。
