The invention provides a brick supply assembly, a bricklaying system comprising the brick supply assembly and a bricklaying method. The brick supply assembly comprises a supporting mechanism and a brick supply mechanism, wherein an installation space is formed in the supporting mechanism; the moving platform deck is arranged in the mounting space and is provided with a positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism reciprocates between a first position and a second position, the first position is used for receiving the bricks, and the second position is used for delivering the bricks; the plastering mechanism is arranged in the mounting space, the plastering mechanism is provided with a plastering operation end and is used for applying plastering to the surfaces of the bricks, non-plastering surfaces and plastering surfaces are formed on the plastered bricks, and the plastering operation end is located on a moving path of the bricks moving from the first position to the second position; and the overturning mechanism is arranged in the mounting space, the overturning mechanism is provided with an overturning mechanical arm, and the overturning mechanical arm is used for picking up the bricks from the second position and overturning the spatial orientation of the non-plastering face and the plastering face so that the bricklaying operation mechanism can pick up the bricks along the non-plastering face, and therefore high integration of brick supplying and bricklaying is achieved.
