The clutch transmission device internally arranged in the rear handle of the electronic door lock comprises the handle and a handle base for installing the handle on a door rear panel, the handle is provided with a containing cavity, a motor, a straight gear, an intermediate transmission gear and a transmission output mechanism are arranged in the containing cavity, the motor is provided with an output shaft, and the straight gear is connected with the transmission output mechanism. A straight gear is fixed to the output shaft and arranged on one side of the middle transmission gear, a transmission output mechanism is arranged on the other side, opposite to the straight gear, of the middle transmission gear, and a handle shaft of the transmission output mechanism extends out of the containing cavity of the handle, penetrates through the handle base and then is connected with a lock cylinder mechanism in the door panel. When the motor works to enable the straight gear to rotate, the middle transmission gear is driven to rotate, so that a handle shaft of the transmission output mechanism is driven to rotate forwards/reversely, and electric clutch of the lock cylinder mechanism is achieved. The rear handle has the advantages that the electric drive clutch and the manual drive clutch are integrated in the rear handle, universality is good, and non-destructive installation of the clutch transmission device can be achieved.
本发明提出的内置于电子门锁后把手的离合传动装置,包括把手和将所述把手安装在门后面板上的把手座,所述把手具有容纳腔室,在容纳腔室内设置有电机、直齿轮、中间传动齿轮和传动输出机构,所述电机具有输出轴,所述输出轴上固定有直齿轮,所述直齿轮设置在中间传动齿轮一侧,所述中间传动齿轮与直齿轮相对的另一侧设有传动输出机构,所述传动输出机构的把手轴从所述把手的容纳腔室伸出并穿过把手座后与门面板内的锁芯机构连接,所述电机工作使直齿轮转动时,驱动中间传动齿轮旋转,从而带动传动输出机构的把手轴正/反转动,实现锁芯机构的电动离合。本发明优点之处在于,电动和手动驱动离合集成于后把手内,通用性良好,可实现非破坏性离合传动装置的安装。
